SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the text-messaging program operated by Arbor Care (“Arbor Care,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from Arbor Care, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

Arbor Care may send text messages concerning:

  • Responses to inquiries;
  • Requests for estimates;
  • Appointment scheduling and confirmations;
  • Service reminders;
  • Crew arrival and scheduling updates;
  • Tree-care project updates;
  • Changes, delays, or cancellations;
  • Invoices, payment reminders, or account information;
  • Follow-up communications;
  • Customer-service matters; and
  • Other information related to services you requested from Arbor Care.

Messages may relate to tree trimming, tree removal, stump grinding, storm-damage response, cactus removal, tree maintenance, and other services offered by Arbor Care.

Arbor Care will only send promotional or marketing text messages when the recipient has expressly agreed to receive those messages.

Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in, you authorize Arbor Care to send text messages to the number provided.

Your consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. When consent is collected through a website form, the SMS consent option will be separate, optional, and unchecked by default.

Consent applies only to communications from Arbor Care. Your mobile number and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Arbor Care, the services you request, and the status of your estimate, appointment, or project.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your wireless carrier and mobile service plan. Arbor Care is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

How to Opt Out

You may stop receiving text messages from Arbor Care at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After replying STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After your opt-out request has been processed, Arbor Care will no longer send text messages to that number unless you provide new consent.

Changing Your Mobile Number

If you change, deactivate, or transfer your mobile telephone number, you agree to opt out before discontinuing use of the number. You may notify Arbor Care of a number change by calling 480-797-5566 or emailing info@arborcareaz.com.

Supported Carriers

Text-message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier’s network availability and policies. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Participation may not be available through every carrier or device.

Message Delivery

Arbor Care does not guarantee that every message will be delivered or delivered within a particular period. Message delivery may be affected by your carrier, network availability, device settings, internet connectivity, or other circumstances beyond Arbor Care’s control.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to participate in Arbor Care’s text-messaging program. By opting in, you represent that you are authorized to use the mobile number provided and consent to receive messages at that number.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Arbor Care’s text-messaging program to transmit unlawful, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful content or to interfere with the operation or security of the program.

Changes to These Terms

Arbor Care may update these SMS Terms and Conditions periodically. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes will apply prospectively from the effective date shown.

If a material change affects your participation in the messaging program, Arbor Care may provide notice through the website, text message, or another reasonable method.

Termination

Arbor Care may suspend or terminate the text-messaging program, or a participant’s access to it, at any time. If the program is terminated, Arbor Care may provide notice when reasonably practicable.
